Our Community

The Tierra community is located in Houston (77034 zip code) off South Shaver Street. The Tierra community was built in 2001 and is conveniently located in the upscale part of South Houston. Our community has it’s own park and walking trail, and is close to Gulf Palms Parks. We are zoned to Pasadena Independent School District. We are conveniently accessible from South Shaver Street, and Almeda-Genoa Road, or Highway 3. Our subdivision is surrounded with restaurants, sporting facilities, and plenty of family venues with easy access to downtown via freeway.

Park & Walking Trail

The park & walking trail is available to all Tierra residence everyday Mon-Sun until dusk dark. Please try to walk at a reasonable pace when using the trail, and try to travel in the same direction as other residence. Children must be supervised when using the park and walking trail. Bikes and motor vehicles are not allowed on the walking trail. Please be courteous to other residence while walking. The grass will be cut by the county 2 times monthly, please don’t use the trail if the grass is being cut.

The Tierra community website is a means of keeping up with the news and events in our neighborhood. Need alterations or additions made to your home? Now all the documents can be downloaded from the “documents” page. Need access to your HOA? Now there is a simple email address to communicate directly with the HOA President, or the Management Company. Our new website is meant to be updated monthly. Any updates can be made by simply emailing the Management Company at: frontdesk@eamhouston.com.
